(ولو مطل) المدينُ ربَّ الحق (حتى شكا عليه، فما غرمه) ربُّ الحق (فعلى) المدين (المماطل) إذا كان غرمه على الوجه المعتاد، ذكره في "الاختيارات" لأنه تسبب في غرمه بغير حق (وفي "الرعاية": لو أحضر مدَّعى به ولم يثبت للمدَّعي، لزمه) أي: المدَّعي
