(مؤنة إحضاره، و) مؤنة (ردَّه) إلى موضعه؛ لأنه ألجأه إلى ذلك بغير حق (وإلا) بأن أثبته (لزما المنكر) لحديث: "على اليد ما أخذتْ حتى تؤديه".
