(ومن حبس في المصر، أو قطع الماء) من عدو، أو غيره (عن بلده، صلى بالتيمم) لأنه عادم للماء أشبه المسافر (بلا إعادة) لأنه أدى فرضه بالبدل، فلم يكن عليه إعادة كالمسافر.
