(فلو رجع) البائع أو نحوه (في) عبد (آبق، صحَّ) الرجوع (وصار) العبد ملكًا (له، فإن قدر) البائع أو نحوه (أخذه، وإن تلف) الآبق (فمن ماله) أي: البائع ونحوه، كسائر أمواله.
