(ولو كانت السلعة صبغًا، فَصَبَغ به) المشتري ثيابًا، وحُجِر عليه (أو) كانت (زيتًا فلتَّ به) سويقًا (أو) كانت (مسامير، فسمَّر بها بابًا، أو) كانت (حَجَرًا فبنى عليه) بنيانًا (أو) كانت (خشبًا، فسقف به) سقفًا (فلا رجوع) للبائع؛ لأن المشتري شغل المبيع بغيره على وجه التَّبَع، فلم يملك بائعه الرجوع فيه.
