(لم يُترك له) أي: للمفلِس (منه) أي: من مال الغرماء (شيء) بل من وجد عين ماله، فهو أحق بها بالشروط السابقة (ولو كان) المفلس (محتاجًا) إلى ذلك؛ لعموم ما سبق من الخبر
