(ولو باع) المفلس (شيئًا، أو باعه وكيله، وقبض) المفلس أو وكيله (الثمن، فتلف وتعذَّر ردُّه، وخرجت السلعة مستحقة) وحجر على المفلس (ساوى المشتري) بما كان دفعه (الغرماء) فضرب له به معهم كسائر الديون.
