(ولو باع سلعة) قبل الحَجْر (ولو) كان المبيع (مكيلًا أو موزونًا، قبض ثمنها أولًا، ثم أفلس) أو مات (قبل تقبيضها) أي: السلعة المبيعة (فالمشتري أحق بها من الغرماء) لأنها عين ملكه.
