(وإن فكَّ عنه الحَجْر) بأن بلغ عاقلًا رشيدًا (فعاوده السَّفه) أُعيد الحَجْر عليه (أو جُنَّ) بعد بلوغه ورشده (أُعيد الحَجْر عليه) لأن الحكم يدور مع علته.
