كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وله) أي: السفيه (المطالبة بالقصاص) لأنه يستقل بما لا يتعلق بالمال مقصوده. (و) له (العفو) عن القصاص (على مال، ولا يصح) عفوه عن القصاص (على غير مال) ويأتي في العفو عن القصاص تحريره، وأنه يصح.
