كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن قبض) السفيه (عوض الخُلْع) أو الطلاق (لم يصح قبضه) لأنه تصرُّف في مال (فلو أتلفه) أو تلف بيده (لم يضمن) السفيه (ولا تَبْرَأُ المرأة بدفعها إليه) أي: إلى السفيه عوض الخلع، أو الطلاق، كالصغير؛ لعدم أهليته للقبض.
