(وإلا) بأن كانت نفقة السفر أزيد ولم يكتسبها (فله) أي: لوليه (تحليله) من الإحرام بحج النفل؛ لما عليه من الضرر فيه (ويتحلل) السفيه (بالصيام) أي: صيام عشرة أيام (كالمُعْسِر) إذا أُحصر (وتقدم (١) ) ذلك (في كتاب الحج) مفصَّلًا.
