(وإن أقر) السفيه (بمال، صح) إقراره (ولم يلزمه) ما أقر به (في حال حَجْره) بل يتبع به بعده، لكن إن علم الولي صحة ما أقرَّ به السفيه، كدين جناية ونحوه، لزمه أداؤه، ذكره في "الشرح" و"الوجيز".
