(وتتعلَّقُ أروش جناياته) أي: العبد (وقيم متلفاته برقبته، سواء كان مأذونًا له) في التجارة (أو لا) إذ الإذن في التجارة لا يتضمن الإذن في الجنايات والإتلافات.
