(ويبطل الإذن بالحَجْر على سيده) لسفه أو فلس (و) بـ ( موته وجنونه المُطبَق) - بفتح الباء - وبسائر ما يُبطل الوكالة؛ لأن إذنه له كالوكالة، يبطل بما يبطلها.
