(وإن حَجَر) السيد (عليه) أي: على العبد المأذون (وفي يده مال) فأقرَّ به، لم يصح إقراره لحق السيد (ثم) إن (أذن) السيد (له فأقرَّ) المأذون (به) أي: بالمال الذي بيده (صح) إقراره؛ لأن المانع من صحة إقراره الحَجْر عليه، وقد زال؛ ولأن تصرُّفه صحيح، فصحَّ إقراره كالحر.
