(ويصح قَبولها) أي: الوكالة (على الفور والتراخي، بأن يوكِّله في بيع شيء، فيبيعه بعد سنة، أو يبلغه أنه وكَّله منذ شهر، فيقول: قَبِلتُ) لأن قَبول وكلائه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - كان بفعلهم، وكان متراخيًا عن توكيله إياهم؛ ولأنه إذنٌ في التصرُّف، والإذن قائم ما لم يرجع عنه، أشبه الإباحة.
