(ولا بدَّ من تعيين) الموكِّل (ما يُقرُّ به) وكيله عنه (وإلا) بأن قال: وكلتك في الإقرار لزيد بمال أو شيء، فأقر كذلك (رجع في تفسيره إلى الموكِّل) لأنه أعلم بما عليه.
