كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن وكَّله) إنسان (بإذنه) أي: إذن سيده (في شراء نفسه من سيده) صح؛ لأنه يجوز أن يوكله في شراء عبد غيره، فجاز أن يشتري نفسه (أو) وكَّله في (شراء عبد غيره) بإذن سيده (صح) التوكيل والشراء لما سبق.
