(لا) تبطل بردة (وكيل، ولو لحق) الوكيل (بدار حرب) لأن ردته لا تؤثر في تصرُّفه، وإنما تؤثر في ماله (إلا فيما ينافيها) أي: إلا إذا وُكِّلَ في تصرف ينافي الردة كإيجاب، أو قَبول نكاح مسلمة.
