(وإن غاب أحدهما) أي: أحد الوكيلين، ولم يكن الموكِّل جعل لكل منهما الانفراد (لم يكن للآخر) الحاضر (أن يتصرف) في غيبة رفيقه (ولا لحاكم ضم أمين إليه ليتصرَّفا) معًا
