(وإن قال) الموكِّلُ: (اشتره بمائة، ولا تشتره بدونها. فخالفه) الوكيل (لم يجز) أي: لم يصح الشراء للمخالفة لنصه، وصريح قوله مقدَّم على دلالة العُرف.
