(فلو أسقط الوكيل خياره فحضر موكِّله فرضي به) أي: المعيب (لزمه) البيع؛ لأن الحق له (وإلا) بأن لم يرضَ به (فله رده) لأن الحق له، فلا يسقط بإسقاط وكيله.
