(ولو ظهر به) أي: المبيع (عيب) وأسقط الوكيل خياره، وأراد الموكِّل الردَّ به (فأنكر البائع أن الشراء وقع للموكِّل) قُبِلَ قوله، و (لزم الوكيل) لأن الظاهر فيمن يباشر عقدًا أنه لنفسه (وليس له) أي: الوكيل (رده) لإسقاطه خياره.
