(وإن قال) الموكِّل: (اشترِ لي بهذه الدراهم، ولم يقل: بعينها، جاز له) أي: الوكيل (أن يشتري له) أي: الموكِّل (في ذمته، و) أن يشتري له (بعينها) لأن الإطلاق بتناولهما.
