(وعكسُهُ) بأن قال: اشترِ لي في ذمتك وانقد الثمن، فاشترى بعينه (يصح) الشراء (ويلزمه) أي: الموكِّل؛ لأنه أذنه في عقد يلزمه به الثمن، مع بقاء الدراهم وتلفها، فكان إذنًا في عقد لا يلزمه الثمن إلا مع بقائها.
