(وإن قال) الموكِّل: (اقبضْ حقي الذي عليه، أو) اقبض حقي الذي (قِبَله) أو في جهته (فـ) للوكيل القبض (منه، أو من وارثه) لأن الوكالة اقتضت قبض حقه مطلقًا، فشمل القبض من الوارث.
