(وإن قال) الموكِّل: (اقبضْه) أي: الحق (اليوم، لم يملك) الوكيل (قبضه غدًا) لتقييد الوكالة بزمن معين؛ لأنه قد يختص غرضه في زمن حاجته إليه.
