كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وكذا وصيٌّ، وعامل وقف، وناظره) إذا كانوا (متبرعين) فالقول قولهم بيمينهم (لا) إن كانوا (بجعلٍ فيهن) أي: في مسائل دعوى الوكيل، والوصي، وعامل الوقف وناظره، إذا ادعوا رد العين (وأجير ومستأجر) ونحوه من كل من قبض العين لحظِّه، فلا تُقبل دعواه الرد. وتقدم في الرهن ، كالمستعير.
