(ولا يُقبل قول وكيل في ردِّه) أي: ما ذكر من العين، أو الثمن (إلى ورثة موكِّل) لأنهم لم يأتمنوه. (ولا) يُقبل قول (ورثة وكيل في دفعه إلى موكله) لأنه لم يأتمنهم (أو) أي: ولا يُقبل قول ورثة الوكيل في الرد إلى (ورثته) أي: الموكِّل؛ لما تقدم.
