كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن أنكر) الوكيل (قبض المال، ثم ثبت) القبض (ببينة، أو اعتراف) الوكيل به (فادَّعى) الوكيل (الرَّدَّ، أو التلف، لم يُقبل) قوله (ولو أقام) بالرد، أو التلف (بينة) لأنه كذَّبها بإنكار القبض ابتداء.
