(فإن ادعته) أي: النكاح (المرأة، فأنكره) المدَّعى عليه (حلف) المدَّعى عليه (وبرئ) لأن الأصل عدمه، وإنما حلف (لأنها تدَّعي الصداق في ذمته) وهو ينكره.
