(وإن أقرَّ الموكِّل بالتوكيل في التزويج، وأنكر) الموكل (أن يكون الوكيل تزوج له؛ فالقول قول الوكيل، فيثبت التزويج) لأنه مأذون له، أمين، قادر على الإنشاء، وهو أعرف.
