كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن وكَّله أن يتزوَّج له امرأة فتزوج) الوكيل (له غيرها) لم يصح العقد للمخالفة (أو تزوَّج) إنسان (له) أي: لآخر (بغير إذنه، فالعقد فاسدٌ، ولو أجازه) المعقود له كبيع الفضولي.
