(ولا أثر هنا) أي: في شركة العِنان والمضاربة (و) لا (في الربا وغيرهما) كالصرف والقرض (لغشٍّ يسير لمصلحة، كحبة فضة ونحوها في دينار) لأنه لا يمكن التحرُّز منه.
