(ويملك) الشريك (البيع نَساءً) أي: إلى أجل معلوم؛ لأنه من عادة التجار، ومهما فات من الثمن لم يلزمه ضمانه إلا أن يُفرِّط ببيع من لا يوثق به، أو من لا يعرفه، قاله في "المغني" في المضارب.
