(وإن قال) ربُّ المال: اتَّجِر به و (الربح بيننا. فـ) ـالربح (بينهما نصفين) لأنه أضافه إليهما إضافة واحدة، ولم يترجّح فيها أحدهما على الآخر، فاقتضي التسوية، كهذه الدار بيني وبينك.
