(وإن قال) ربُّ المال: (خُذه مضاربة، ولك ثلث الربح؛ وثلث ما بقى. صح، وله) أي: العامل (خمسة أتساع الربح) لأن مخرج الثلث وثلث الباقي تسعة، وثلثها ثلاثة، وثلث ما بقي اثنان، ونسبتها إلى التسعة ما ذكر.
