كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(شرط أحدهما له النصف، و) شرط (الآخر) له (الثلث) كما لو انفرد كلٌّ منهما بعقده؛ لأن العقد يتعدد بتعدد العاقد (ويكون باقي ربح مال كلِّ واحد منهما له) أي: لصاحب ذلك المال؛ لأنه نماء ماله.
