(وإن أخرج) إنسان (مالًا) تصح المضاربة عليه (يعمل فيه هو) أي: مالكه (وآخر، والربح بينهما، صحَّ، وكان مضاربة) لأن غير صاحب المال يستحق المشروط بعمله من الربح في مال غيره، وهذا حقيقة المضاربة.
