(وليس للمضارب نفقة) عن مال المضاربة (ولو مع السفر) بمال المضاربة؛ لأنه دخل على أن يستحق من الربح شيئًا، فلا يستحق غيره، إذ لو استحقها؛ لأفضى إلى اختصاصه به حيث لم يربح سوى النفقة (إلا بشرط، كوكيل) قال الشيخ تقي الدين : أو عادة.
