(وإن كان معه) أي: المضارب (مال لنفسه يتَّجر فيه، أو) معه (مضاربة أخرى؛ أو) معه (بضاعة لآخر، فالنفقه على قدرِ المالين) لأن النفقة للعمل في المال، فكانت على قدرِ ما لكل فيه
