(ولكل منهما المطالبة بالأجرة) لعمل تقبَّله هو، أو صاحبه (وللمستأجر دفعها إلى كلِّ) واحد (منهما، ويبرأ منها) أي: الأجرة (الدافع) بالدفع لأحدهما؛ لأن كلَّ واحد منهما كالوكيل عن الآخر.
