(ولكلٍّ منهما) أي: الشريكين (ربح ماله، و) له (أُجرة عمله، و) كذا (ما يستفيده له) وحده (ويختص بضمان ما غصبه أو جناه، أو ضمنه عن الغير) لفساد الشركة، ولكلِّ نفس ما كسبت، وعليها ما اكتسبت.
