(وإن احتاج) الأجيرُ (إلى دواءٍ لمرض، لم يلزم المستأجر) لأنه ليس من النفقة، كالزوجة (لكن يلزمه) أي: المستأجر (بقَدْرِ طعام الصحيح) يدفعه له، فيصرفه فيما أحب من دواء، أو غيره.
