(فإن قدَّم) المستأجر (إليه) أي: الأجير (طعامًا فنُهب، أو تَلِف قبل أكله، وكان) الطعام (على مائدة لا يخصُّه) المستأجر (فيها بطعامه، فـ) الطعام (من ضمان المستأجر) لأنه لم يسلِّمه إليه.
