(ولا يُقبل قولُها) أي: التي أجرت نفسها، ثم ادَّعت (أنها ذات زوجٍ) لتسقط حق المستأجر من الإجارة إلا ببينة (أو مؤجرةٌ) أي: إذا تزوَّجت ثم ادَّعت أنها كانت مؤجرة (قبل نكاح) لم يُقبل قولُها (بلا بينة) لأنه يتضمن إسقاط حق الزوج في مدة الإجارة.
