(ولا بأس أن يَحفِرَ للذمي قبرًا بالأجرة) كبناء بيت له بالأجرة. (ويُكره) دفن المسلم للذمي (إن كان) المدفون فيه (ناووسًا) لأن فيه إعانة على مكروه. والناووس: حجر يُنقر ويُوضع فيه الميت.
