(لا) يصح استئجار (سباع البهائم التي لا تصلُح له) أي: للصيد؛ لأنها لا نفع فيها. (ولا) يصح استئجار (خنزير، ولا كلب، ولو كان يصيد أو يحرس) لأنه لا يصح بيعه.
