(وإذا تقبل) الأجير (عملًا في ذمته بأجرة، كخياطة أو غيرها، فلا بأس أن يُقبِّله غيرَه بأقلَّ منها) أي: أجرته (ولو لم يُعِنْ فيه بشيء) من العمل؛ لأنه إذا جاز أن يُقبِّله بمثل الأجر الأول أو أكثر؛ جاز بدونه كالبيع، وكإجارة العين.
